Crohn's? Colitis? We'll face it together

We’re fighting for a tomorrow where everyone living with Crohn’s or Colitis has everything they need to live well, and for a future where we don’t have to live with it at all.

About Us

We’re changing what it means to live with Crohn’s and Colitis

This year, 25,000 people in the UK will be told they have Crohn's or Colitis. Many will be under 30. For one in four, diagnosis takes more than a year. Once diagnosed, the obstacles continue. Today there is no cure. People simply don't understand the conditions. So we have listened and we are determined to make a change.

Our strategy guides who we are, what we do, and how we do it. Our film shares why change is needed, and how we’re working to make it happen.
